Welcome to the Settlement website for the Lee v. HungryPanda US Inc. This website has been established to provide general information related to this Settlement. A proposed settlement (the “Settlement”) has been reached in the above-referenced class and representative action lawsuit that was certified by the Court on May 9, 2023 and is currently pending in the Superior Court for the County of San Bernardino (the “Action”). You are a class member if you: (i) performed deliveries for HungryPanda US Inc. (“HungryPanda”) under the title of Driver, Contractor, or other similar position in California at some point during the period from September 2, 2017 through May 9, 2023, and (ii) do not request to be excluded from that class (“Class” or “Class Member”). Because your rights may be affected by this Settlement, it is important that you review the documents.
